There is money
in your unread email.
You are not disorganised — no single email is worth the cost of facing the whole pile, which is exactly why the money is still in there. Fifteen minutes, read-only, and this is what lands back in your inbox:

The three that stood out
  • Invoice 214 — never paid. Delivered Aug 2024, no remittance since.$4,800
  • Lapsed client, never re-approached. Paid twice in 2024, silent since Jan.$12,000
  • Enquiry with a budget, never answered. Wrote four times in March.$6,500
Sample report — figures illustrate the method and its calibration, not a past client result. Yours comes back with your real numbers and your real threads, named, with dates.

Free inbox audit

Fifteen minutes in your business inbox, read-only. You get back a one-page score and the three specific threads worth the most — named, with dates. No pitch attached unless you want one.

What you
are agreeing
to

Read-only. Nothing is sent, replied to, labelled, archived or deleted. You authorise access in writing, you set the scope, and you can withdraw it at any moment — access ends the day the audit does.

Business email only, and confidential. Never a personal account. Nothing seen is shared with a brand or any third party, and no message content is copied or stored — the report carries counts, subject lines and dates only.

Not a promise of money. Figures describe the method and its calibration, not a past client result or a forecast for you. iTazell is an independent consultancy, not a talent agency, and does not represent or procure work on your behalf.

The creator said yes.
Then went quiet.
Most creator campaigns do not fail on fit or on rate. They fail because nobody answered the email — and the window closed while the brief sat unread.
1 day
Every creator I put in front of you is checked for one thing first: can they actually reply inside a day or two? Reliability decides whether a campaign ships on time, and it is the one thing a media kit never tells you.
01

Vetted
Shortlists

Creators matched to your brief by category, tier and audience — and never presented unless their responsiveness has been checked. No unvetted names, ever.

02

One Point
of Contact

Briefs, rates, revisions and delivery run through one desk, instead of four inboxes on four different reply schedules.

03

Paperwork
That Moves

W-9s, terms and invoices arrive the day terms are agreed — not chased in week five, once your AP system has already rejected them.

Brief
Send one brief. Get a shortlist back with rates, tiers and reliability notes.
Flat
A per-placement fee, disclosed to both sides. No percentage of your media spend.
No lock-in
Per placement, not a retainer. Use the desk when a brief needs it.
Where both the brand and the creator pay a fee on the same engagement, it is disclosed in writing to both. Always.

Send me a brief

Tell me the category, the tier and the window. You get a shortlist with rates, audience fit, and a note on how fast each one actually replies. No fee unless you book someone.

How this
desk is
paid

A flat fee per placement, agreed before work starts. Never a percentage of your media spend, never a markup hidden in a creator's rate. Where both sides pay a fee on the same engagement, that is disclosed in writing to both, every time.

A consultancy, not a talent agency. iTazell does not represent, manage or hold exclusivity over any creator. Shortlists are recommendations — you contract with the creator directly, on your paper.

No shortlist is a guarantee. Reliability notes describe responsiveness observed at the time of checking, not a warranty of delivery or campaign outcome. Rates are as quoted by the creator, subject to their confirmation.
